• It is not required to get a Table Reservation, Bottle Service or Hookah for the birthday package, as you still receive the other birthday package features mentioned below (birthday webpage, shout outs, etc), however you will not have a table reserved at the event without Bottle Service &/or Hookah.

• • We cannot give a total price quote on birthday packages as it would depend on what the ticket price is at the time you purchase tickets. As it is subject to change, as mentioned above, the total would depend on the price listed on your personalized webpage when you decide to complete your purchase.
• • There are NO additional 'package fees' for a package other than the ticket price (+ processing fees) and the amount of purchased tickets required for each package...but there are Optional upgrade offers at an additional cost should you want to reserve a table with Bottle Service. (optional upgrade info listed below)
• • NO REFUNDS! All tickets are non-refundable; if you choose not to celebrate your birthday on the cruise after tickets are purchased, you and/or your guests will not receive a refund. All Sales Are Final!

• • Email events@nypartycruise.com for information to reserve a table with bottle service. You Must still purchase Admission Tickets even if you get bottle service.
• • For the Majestic Princess Events:
  A Reserved Table is a separate option and requires Bottle Service &/or Hookah to be paid at the event. All Guests must still purchased Admission Tickets.

• • Tickets must be purchased; they are NOT reserved. You are NOT guaranteed any number of tickets.
• • Birthday Packages are based on the number of tickets purchased through the personalized webpage link we create & email to your attention.
• • Each package has a minimum number of tickets that must be purchased to receive that package.
• • HAVE LESS THAN THE MINIMUM?:
  **You can still reserve a package even if you have less than the minimum number of guests for the entire package as you are automatically eligible for the Personalized Birthday Webpage & Shout Outs. If you do not reach the minimum, you will not receive the remaining features.
  

• • The minimum number of tickets for a package must be purchased before the event is sold out OR by 12pm the day before the event, whichever comes first. Tickets are first come, first serve.
• • You will be notified at this point or when the event is sold out if sooner as to what package you will receive based on the total purchases made through your webpage.
• • Advise your guests not to wait to purchase tickets as all our events are sold out in advance.
• • If tickets are still on sale after 12pm the day before the event you may still purchase tickets, but they will not be tallied towards your total for the birthday package. Any tickets purchased after 12pm the day before the event, if available, will be counted as a general sale & not towards your package. There is no guarantee that tickets will still be available the day before the event as tickets are likely to be sold out before this date.
  

• • You do not need to immediately purchase the Birthday Person's Ticket as we will place one on hold to see if you reach the minimum amount of purchased tickets with the package by the package deadline to receive free admission.
• • If you do not reach this minimum amount of purchased tickets by the time the event is listed as sold out OR by 12pm the day before the event, which is the package deadline, then you will be emailed a link to purchase the birthday person's ticket.
• • This is only available for the birthday person, not other guests. We have the birthday person's ticket on hold to either be sent to you as a free ticket or to send you a link to purchase the ticket, depending on if you receive a package.

• • Updates are emailed once to twice a week on designated days with an updated list of who has purchased tickets through your webpage to help you keep track of guests. If you do not receive an email for a while, it may be due to no updates on your list. You may email us at events@nypartycruise.com if you would like to follow up on who has purchased but again, we do send updates once to twice a week.

• • Reserved Tables DO NOT have seating for your entire party at one time, but everyone in your group will have access to your table(s) all night AND will have access to all levels of the yacht all night.
• Tables Are Limited Aboard the Harmony Yacht. Birthday Package Reserved Tables Seat 4 Guests.
  If available, we may be able to add a Table for 4 to the package, but this is not a guarantee and cannot be confirmed until the day of the event. The Birthday Package only confirms a Reserved Table for 4.
  We cannot add additional seats, however you or your guests can choose to purchase the Admission for 4 & Reserved Table for 4 ticket option at $40pp available on your personalized webpage, should you want more tables/seating. There will be a Reserved Sign with the Birthday Person's name on your table upon your arrival. (Table level will be based on availability)
  
• • Reserved Tables will feature Reserved Signs with the Birthday Person's name on the table upon arrival. If you have Package #2 or Package #3, then your cake, plates, utensils, & candles will also be on your table upon arrival.
• • We provide the information of how many seats are at your reserved table in advance. We do not provide more seating or extra tables at the event.
• • You may bring balloons if you have a reserved table.
• • Guests may NOT bring their own food or bottles/beverages, except for cake, but this must be approved in advance and may not feature any bottles of alcohol on the cake as decor.
• • Email events@nypartycruise.com if you would like to add Bottle Service to your Reservation.
• • This is NOT a sit-down cruise...This is a Dance Cruise!
• • If you are looking for an event with seating for all of your guests, then we suggest chartering a private cruise as the open-to-the-public cruises associated with these birthday packages are not meant to have multiple tables or seating for every guest in attendance…this is a Dance Cruise, not a sit-down dinner cruise.

• • Birthday Packages do NOT provide a Reserved Table with the birthday package for events on the Jewel Yacht or the Majestic Princess.
• • If you would like a Table Reservation on the Majestic Princess or the Jewel Yacht, Bottle Service &/or Hookah is required.
• • Email us at events@nypartycruise.com for Bottle Service &/or Hookah information for a Table Reservation. Once you arrive, you can let the door staff know you have a table reservation and you can provide them with the full name on the reservation. You will still need to purchase tickets for admission.

DRINKS - BAR:

• • Drinks Available for Purchase at the event via Cash or Credit.
• • There are Fully-Stocked Bars to Purchase Drinks.

BOTTLE SERVICE:

• • Bottle Service is Available for Purchase at the event via Cash or Credit.
• • Let the Door Staff know if you have a Bottle Service Reservation in Advance
  OR Ask for the Bottle Host at the Bar for Bottle Service once you are at the event.

HOOKAH:
Hookah is Available for Purchase
on the Majestic Princess Only

FOOD - BUFFET:

• • Harmony Yacht Menu:
  There is no menu available at this time as the yacht has a private caterer that supplies new freshly made foods daily,
  however generally the menu includes chicken, rice, pasta, vegetables, salad, empanadas, & more.
• • Majestic Princess Menu:
  Baked Ziti, Rice, Potato Salad, Potato Salad, Roasted Chicken, Honey Glazed Chicken, Jerk Chicken & more!
