The closest train is the 6 train at 23rd Street, or you may take the (C), (E), (1), (F), (M), (R), or (6) to 23rd Street, then take the Eastbound M23 bus to FDR Drive.

You may visit our Pier 36 - Directions Page for complete directions to the Liberty Belle, Timeless, or any of our other featured event vessels located at the Pier 36, 299 South Street @ Montgomery Street. Check Event Listings for Marina location for your event. The closest train is the F Train to East Broadway. Take Rutgers St./Madison St. exit from station - Exit Walk east on Rutgers Street towards the water. Turn left on South Street heading north. Once you approach the Dept of Sanitation (on your right), Pier 36 is adjacent on the north side of Sanitation.

Rain or Shine Yes, Our events cruise 'rain or shine'. In the rare event that Coast Guard prohibits cruising because of extremely severe weather, we will contact guests via email to make arrangements for an alternate cruise date. Normally this is not the case & events will sail as again this is only in cases of extremely severe weather such as hurricanes, where the Coast Guard prohibits cruising for all vessels within New York City. Please advise that all vessels have climate-controlled indoor levels.

21 and over eventsAll Cruise events are 21 & over.
A valid Photo ID is a Must for entrance.

Please check the Cruises page for the date you plan to attend as Events have different music being played depending on the event.

Drinks and Bottle Service For Sunset & Midnight Cruises:
• Bars Accept Cash and Credit Cards for Drinks and Bottle Service.
• Average drinks are around $9-$15 unless they have a premium liquor
(example Patron, Hennessy, etc), in which case they may be around $15 & up.
These prices are just an estimate and are subject to change.

For 4th of July & New Year's Eve Cruises:
• Holiday events such as the 4th of July & New Year's Eve generally include a Premium Open Bar.
• Please check the Cruises page for the event you plan to attend to confirm if there is an Open Bar or Cash Bar.

• Guests may NOT bring their own food, alcohol, beverages, or containers of any kind aboard the cruises.
• Birthday Cakes or Cupcakes are permitted, IF you have Tickets with a Reserved Table.
• The yacht will NOT allow in any other food items, knives or utensils, bottles, liquids, or anything security deems a safety issue/hazard.
• Cakes & Cupcakes may not include bottles of alcohol on them as decoration.

ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

NO REFUNDS ON TICKET SALES - All sales are final! All tickets purchased in relation to a special event within an official cruise event, (for example, tickets purchased in relation to a birthday, bachelorette party, graduation, etc.), for which the guest of honor or organizer chooses to cancel or reschedule, are also non-refundable. Our events will occur whether rain or shine. In the rare event that the Coast Guard prohibits cruising because of extremely severe weather, we will contact you with the exchange date for the event. There are no refunds should the party continue to take place on the yacht while remaining at the dock due to severe wind conditions &/or technical issues if so designated by the captain, management, or Coast Guard.

NO...Unfortunately the vessels used for our cruise events located at the SkyPort Marina are NOT Wheelchair accessible.

Outdoor Smoking AreaYes, Smoking Cigarettes is permitted on the outdoor decks only.

Sunset and Midnight Cruise events & Holiday Cruise Events such as the 4th of July & New Year's Eve listed on our website are open-to-the-public for guests 21 & over.

• A representative will be in contact with you via email normally within 24 hours of completing the form.
• We ask that you complete the entire form so that we can provide the best service for your birthday celebration.
• VIP Packages are available for our 21 & Over open-to-the-public Midnight Cruises on select dates only.

VIP Packages for Birthdays, Bachelorette Parties, and Graduations are available for our 21 & Over open-to-the-public Midnight Cruises on select dates only.

• The representative who contacts you to set up your birthday package will keep in touch with you via email and send you updates on your list of sales along the way. Updates are emailed once to twice a week on designated days with an updated list of who has purchased tickets through your webpage to help you keep track of guests.
• If you do not receive an email for awhile, it may be due to no updates on your list.
• You may email us at events@nypartycruise.com if you would like to follow up on who has purchased but again we do send updates once to twice a week.

• Yes, if they have a reserved table. Some events require bottle service with a table reservation.
• The only food you would be permitted to bring is your own birthday cake or cupcakes.
• Bottles of Alcohol on cakes are not permitted
• No other food is permitted aboard the vessel and you must contact us in advance to let us know if you plan to bring your own cake.
• Guests may not bring beverages of any kind.
• Please notify us via email at events@nypartycruise.com if you would like to bring your own cake.

• DJ's will have a list of names for Birthday People, Bachelorettes, and Graduates ahead of time so there is no need to make requests.

• The DJ's at our events are some of the Hottest DJ's in NYC so Song Requests are not recommended or permitted...let the DJ's do their thing!

As most of our guests are attending the event for a birthday celebration, we do NOT offer prompt entrance for any birthday guests or birthday people as it would essentially be the same amount of guests and the same line. All guests including birthday people must wait on the same line. Our lines normally move quickly.

• There is only 1 free admission ticket for one birthday person per package.

• Do Not purchase the birthday person's ticket.
• You do NOT need to immediately purchase the birthday person's ticket as you will receive a free ticket for the birthday person IF you reach the minimum amount of purchased tickets purchased through your personalized webpage before the final package deadline.
• If you do not reach this minimum amount by the time the event is listed as sold out OR by 12pm the day before the event on the final package deadline, then you can purchase their ticket online if the price has not changed or you will be emailed a link to purchase the birthday person's ticket at the starting price.
• This is only available for the birthday person, not other guests.

• NO, Guests may NOT bring their own DJ to our open-to-the-public midnight cruises. We have professional DJs on staff for our events. DJ's will be provided a list of all birthday names before the event to use for birthday shout outs so you and your guests will not need to request the birthday shout outs.
• Guests are only permitted to bring their own DJ for Private Charter Cruise Rentals.

A non-refundable deposit is required to officially hold the reservation and the balance must be provided before the day of the event. We ask that you review the pricing information and details for the packages and vessels first, then contact us to schedule an appointment to come view the vessel and make payment/deposit arrangements. A reservation will not be confirmed until you come in to view the vessel and make payment/deposit arrangements.

Each vessel has their own minimum capacity. This means that you must pay for at least the amount of minimum guests required, whether or not you have that many guests. The minimum capacities for each vessel are listed within the vessel details on the Charter Page of this website.

Buffet is Mandatory with the open bar packages listed on the Charter Page. Removing the buffet is NOT an option and would not lower the package price in any way.

• Yes a cash bar can be offered and would be considered a 'Cruise Rental (Cash Bar)' on the Charter Page.
• Prices vary depending on the date of the event and the vessel for the Cash Bat Cruise Rentals.
• Please complete the form on the Charter Page and request a "Cash Bar-Cruise Rental" on the 'Type of Event' of the form.
• Please note that this would require flat rate rental and dockage fees and can be costly, so we ask for serious inquiries only. Promoted Events where tickets are sold may be subject to changes in prices & guidelines.

You may bring your own DJ for Private Cruise events but they will need to bring their own turntables, mixer, & XLR cables. All sound as far as speakers are already provided on the vessels. You also have the option to have the vessel supply the DJ for an additional $300 and they will have all the necessary equipment.

In addition to the prices with the packages, 8.875& Tax will be applied & credit card processing fees should you pay via credit card.
These amounts are subject to change.

Menu options are listed on the Charter Page. You may select your menu once you have spoke with the manager and are ready to proceed. The manager can also confirm if they are able to make any changes.
