- Boarding & Return Times are Subject to Change based on Coast Guard’s discretion for All 4th of July Cruises.
- Cruise will sail as close to the Macy's Fireworks as the Coast Guard will allow.
- Seating is first come, first serve on the Indoor Levels, unless you have a Reservation.
- Tickets are sold on a first come, first serve basis. Price are subject to increases as ticket availability goes down. Events will sell out in advance of July 4th.
- All cruise sights, itineraries, and location & position of the yacht during the fireworks, are subject to change without notice as determined by US Coast Guard, local authorities, or yacht &/or event staff.
(Unforeseen restrictions may be enforced the night of the event) - Several Yachts sail from the Marina so Large crowds are expected, as well as street closures. You may be required to wait outside for a period of time before boarding, so we advise you to show up early to find your place on the line for the Yacht.
- This event will take place regardless of weather conditions should rain occur.
- NYPartyCruise.com are not liable, nor is refund or credit warranted, for claims due to changes in cruise schedule, proximity to fireworks, yacht positioning or location due to conditions of the river currents or notice as determined by US Coast Guard, local authorities, or the yacht's management company &/or crew.
